CHIEF (DR.) SONNY IWEDIKE ODOGWU (C.F.R) - Chairman
Chief (Dr.) Sonny Iwedike Odogwu, Commander of the Federal Republic (CFR) is an industrialist, insurance icon, with a wealth of experience in both the public and private sectors.
Chief Odogwu a graduate of Management from the City University London is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (A.C.I.I) and Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Brokers (F.C.I.B). He has provided the rare vision and exemplary leadership which have taken the Nigerian Insurance Industry to the apex of Insurance business internationally
Chief Odogwu belongs to several national, international, professional and business organizations and has deployed his expertise in top-level management to nurture many successful economic and socio-economic initiatives within the private and public sectors.
Chief Odogwu is the founder of the Nigerian-Southern African Economic Development Consortium, a group whose goal is the improvement of Economic conditions in Africa. He is a renowned philanthropist of note.
CHIEF R. A. WILLIAMS- ACII, FCIIN - Director
Chief Rasheed Alaba Williams is an accomplished Insurer and Insurance Broker. He had his higher education at the Wandsworth Technical College (now Polytechnic) London thereafter began his insurance career with Pearl Assurance Company Limited, High Holborn, London in 1960.
He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London (ACII), Fellow of Insurance Institute of Nigeria (FIIN) and Associate of Nigeria Institute of Management (ANIM). He is an astute, forward-looking and development-focused politician.
BRIG-GENERAL MOBOLAJI O. JOHNSON (RTD.) - Director
Brigadier-General Johnson (Rtd) was the Military Governor of Lagos State between 1967 and 1975 with an unblemished record. He is an accomplished businessman and holds the Directorship of many companies, including the Chairmanship of Nigeria’s foremost construction Company Julius Berger Nigeria Plc.
Brigadier-General Johnson also serves as Trustee of many organizations and is the current President of the Nigerian Conservation Foundation.
MR. J. F. WILCOX - Director
Mr. Wilcox, a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London, he is also a graduate of the University of Nottingham/City University Business School. He has vast experience in the international insurance and reinsurance market that spans over 35 years. With immense experience in underwriting and broking he is at home with the dynamics of the European, African and the Caribbean markets.
An insurance educator, he lectured in London, the Caribbean and some African countries. Apart from lecturing at the West African Insurance Institute, he was a member of the Academic and the Governing Council of the West African Insurance Institute, Banjul. The Gambia. He recently retired as the pioneer CEO of UAIB
MR. OLUYOMBO BAMMEKE – Managing Director
Mr. Bammeke is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, London he also holds a B.Sc. degree in Insurance from the University of Lagos and M.Sc. in Insurance and Risk Management from CASS Business School.
He has over 25 years experience in the Insurance industry as an insurance and reinsurance underwriter and also as an insurance and reinsurance broker. His area of interest includes Enterprise Risk Management, ART and has been involved in lecturing in these areas. He has attended many seminars in Risk Management and Project Management and is also a graduate of the Advance Management Program of the Lagos Business School.
